I had such a wonderful experience with Morgan. She truly took her time with me, carefully listening to my concerns and goals before walking me through a variety of thoughtful options. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported and fully informed. She helped me choose a treatment plan that aligned perfectly with both my goals and my budget. Most of all, she made me feel genuinely cared for and completely at ease. So far I am really please with the results I'm seeing - feeling very refreshed. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

One of my FAVORITE spots in downtown Lancaster, PA, to refresh my appearance, offering many different options, which are all very affordable & great options if you’re looking for a refresh! Facial/skin procedures, massages, sauna, wellness options, you name it, they offer it! Everyone there is very professional, informative, and caring…they really listen to your needs because they truly want to help you feel & look better…whatever that may look like for you as an individual! I’ve never been disappointed with any of their services & I have been a loyal client for about 10+ years. They offer a very professional & clean establishment too…book your next appointment, you WON’T be disappointed!!! I promise 😊!!

I recently Blossom Med Spa for laser hair removal, and the experience was excellent. My esthetician Ashley was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The results so far have been amazing, and the treatment itself was quick and efficient. The spa environment is aesthetically inviting — modern, relaxing, and impeccably clean. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. It’s clear that they pay attention to both detail and hygiene, which I truly appreciate. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I definitely plan on going back for future treatments.

alyssa (owner) is absolutely amazing. not only is she a down to earth, kind, caring person. she is knowledgeable in creating the best treatment plans possible completely specific for your needs. inside and out. - meaning she offers health scans that help balance you with in and other treatments “on the outside” that build your confidence and keep your skin healthy. i personally started the health scan program and am excited to see where it takes me in my health journey. along with micro-needing treatments. blossom med spa offers membership plans which are fantastic!! they are reasonably priced and there is many discounts and benefits that come with them. i have also took advantage of their b12 shots and the Halo therapy and sauna. which is such a beneficial health service along with complete relaxation. i could not recommend this place more. you feel so comfortable and relaxed there. you can be your true self and alyssa is there only to make you a better and best version of who you already are. plus the spa is so adorable, nicely decorated, very clean and located right in lancaster city !

Best hydrafacial my wife and I have ever had! Alyssa is the owner and treated my wife and I so well. She went out of her way to make us feel special and to make sure that we had a good experience at her spa. Having had many Hydrafacials before, she was keen to ask us about our previous experiences and what we liked and didn’t like about each of them. She must’ve taken what we said to heart because the experience that she was able to create for us was amazing. She was incredibly thorough and it felt like she paid very close attention to every area of our faces and address our specific individual needs. Sometimes with this specific procedure, it can feel very rushed and like they are just going through the motions, but with Alyssa, it did not seem like that at all, she seemed to genuinely care about our skin concerns and the results that we got. Both of us left the spa with our skin feeling lighter and with a visible glow. There was such an obvious difference from when we walked in. We would highly recommend blossom for their Hydrafacials! It is obvious that Alyssa is passionate about what she does and the clients that she takes care of. Definitely the type of small business owner that we want to support.
